Shredded abs? YES PLEASE!♥︎ This workout includes abs exercises which target your entire core muscles. We have 30 sec of exercise + 10 sec of rest. Perfect to start your sixpack journey with. :) If you are not a beginner anymore, do this workout as a core activation before your ab training or skip the breaks and continue with the previous exercise instead for 40 sec. Another option: Change the breaks with leg lifts and leg holds - that's a challenge! To make this workout more challenging, change the half side planks with side planks. :) ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
