Join our Volleyball Performance Community here - https://powercore360.com/pages/link-page Many middle school or junior high school volleyball hitters learn only to use their hitting arm and shoulder in an attempt to hit with greater power & arm speed. The end result is NOT maximum power and an arm/shoulder only swing can lead to shoulder pain and or injury. This video provides Powercore 360 teaching & training tips to teach a powerful volleyball arm swing that not only allows athletes to hit harder, but also TOLERATE hitting harder. This swing is actually created by the use of the entire body as it turns and creates a whip to the hitting arm. The end result is improved whole-body mechanics, increased power and arm speed that not only increases ball speed, but is much better tolerated by hitters than trying to hit harder by just swing the arm harder with the use of the body.
