Back then this project took the market by surprise with it’s new concept of gated and guarded homes around the Central Park. To think about it, all these design features within this architecture was groundbreaking at that era. The living space is placed behind as the back alleys are treated, then the kitchen is placed at the front of the house connected via a void to the upper floor. The setback would be the structural system. There are just so many kinks and corners around the house when we walk around. Also the phenomenon of Desa Parkcity being a tourism hotspot in the weekends, it gets really congested within the address. The debate now would be RM 2.6mil for a old landed home versus a new apartment. Which one would you prefer?
