After the visit, I am equally amazed with this project compared to their earlier phases. I'm such a fan. Based on specifications, everything is very simple and direct in Park Place. But it's the integration and application of those materials that created magic for the project. In terms of massing, they split the elevated carpark away from the residence tower. That gave the design team more freedom to design the facilities deck, also giving more space to design the entrance statement and drop off for residents. The tri-corridor floor plate is also very efficient, yet very private. Throughout the project, not a lot of luxurious materials were applied but everything is done in accordance to a specific theme so the experience was amazing. For the sky deck, I gotta say it's easily one of the best ones I have visited. This address is currently the most popular hotspot in terms of living and investment. However, I have locals who used to stay here moving out due to the congestion that's taking place. Desa Parkcity somewhat feels like a tourist spot during the weekends and its adding inconvenience to the locals. And moving forward, the developer is only gonna launch more high-rises. Anyway, congratulations to all owners. Everyone is making money on this superb architecture. This further fortifies the status of this development company, which directly leads to more anticipation for their brand new township in Cyberjaya.
