In this episode, we do a sunrise hike to the summit of Mount Sibayak, one of Indonesia’s most accessible active volcanoes. Along the way, we explore its unique sulfur vents, rare volcanic plants, and witness how life has adapted around this extreme landscape. After descending, we visit a natural hot spring heated by the volcano itself, before heading to an abandoned ghost village near Mount Sinabung, a once-thriving community now overrun by vegetation after years of devastating eruptions.
