Massive Hotel Fire 🔥 30+ Hours Firefighting, 2 Million Liters of Water Used 🇪🇸 Malaga IBIS Spain 4K

🔥 I spent 6 hours at the fire scene filming this video for you 🚒 30 Hours to Stop This Fire and 2 Million Liters of Water! City in smoke, Costa del Sol Spain. The fire at the Ibis Malaga Centro is already being described as one of the most significant urban fires in the city's modern history — not only due to its scale but also because it occurred right in the heart of the tourist and historical district. According to initial data, everything started on the ground floor, where the Le Grand Café restaurant was located, before spreading to the upper floors of the building. The situation escalated several times. Local Police, National Police, medical services, and firefighting crews participated in securing the area. At its peak, water was delivered at a rate of 5,000 liters per minute, with the total consumption exceeding 2 million liters of water. The Ibis Málaga Centro Ciudad hotel, opened in 2007 by the Accor Hotels chain, is located in the Perchel Norte district near the Guadalmedina River. The building stands in the immediate vicinity of the city's landmarks: Iglesia de Santo Domingo, Corralones del Perchel, Casa Hermandad de la Estrella, and Puente de los Alemanes. Notably, just days before the fire, an expansion project was being discussed and was already undergoing approvals with the Andalusian authorities. 4K ULTRA HD Walk along documentary video made by DJI Osmo Nano camcorder. #firefighting #firefighters #costadelsol #spain #malaga #andalusia #bomberos
