BAHAN 35 butter/margarin 250 gr terigu protein tinggi/cakra 125 ml air dingin 3/4 sdt garam (bisa pakai 1/2 sdt kalau mau lebih gurih) 125 gr korsvet / margarin pastry (me:Gold Bullion) CARA MEMBUAT Haluskan butter/margarin, masukkan terigu, campur kedua bahan Larutkan garam dalam air, masukkan cairan ke terigu Aduk semua bahan dan ulen sampai tercampur rata Bulatkan adonan utama, tutup, istirahatkan 15 menit Gilas adonan membentuk persegi 30x25 cm dengan ketebalan ± 1/2 cm Ratakan korsvet perlahan ke atas adonan utama Lakukan lipatan single pertama Tabur terigu di alas kerja, gilas perlahan Gilas memanjang, lakukan lipatan single kedua Tutup adonan, diamkan 10 menit (ulangi hal yang sama) gilas memanjang, lakukan lipatan single ketiga, diamkan 10 menit Selalu tabur terigu ke alas kerja dan atas adonan, gilas memanjang lagi. Rapikan ujung adonan yang tidak rata dengan pisau Adonan puff pastry siap dipakai. Bisa dilipat dan dimasukkan freezer. Kalau bingung bisa nonton videonya pelan-pelan.
