Fashion and style is such an important form of self-expression and identity for me. I think there is such power in being able to self-actualize by presenting yourself externally the way you feel internally (what I've called "identity-affirming dress/style"). In this video I discuss the power of dressing alternative, feeling "not alt enough", and ways you can add more alternative elements to an outfit, even if you're low-energy, are in a strict corporate/school environment, or are self-conscious.
