In this video, we're exploring Ankara's beloved sandwich spots along a route from İncek to Tunalı. Just like in the Istanbul Sandwich Guide, this time I'm exploring Ankara's best sandwich spots with my chef friend Aras Çetin. Our first stop is Strada in İncek; a place where good bread and good ingredients meet. Then we visit Vitamin Piknik in Tunalı, a favorite among Ankara residents for years. We finish with a panouzzo made with a fantastic dough at Stüdyo Pizza, famous for its pizzas. Different cities, different styles, but the common point is the same: good ingredients, good bread, good sandwiches, and plenty of conversation...
