Defined by a bold C-shaped cantilever, the architecture pairs travertine stone, warm timber soffits, and a restrained grey palette to create a timeless contemporary expression. Inside, an open floor plan unfolds around a double-height living space, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen while inviting abundant natural light and ventilation through carefully positioned fenestrations. A refined palette of Statuario marble, Mother of Pearl, and natural textures lends warmth and quiet elegance throughout the home. The upper level accommodates three private suites, while the half-terrace is conceived as a social garden—an outdoor retreat for relaxation, yoga, and intimate gatherings, completing a home designed around openness, materiality, and effortless living.
