My work is focused on helping people look better, lift heavier, and build a training approach they can actually sustain in their home gym. I was born with a condition called Pectus Excavatum, commonly referred to as a caved-in chest. In 2011, I underwent the Nuss procedure, which involved the implantation of two titanium bars beneath the sternum to correct the deformity. Those bars were removed in 2019. Through that process, I worked alongside a children’s hospital to help develop training and nutrition protocols aimed at improving surgical preparation and long-term recovery outcomes. That experience heavily shaped how I approach biomechanics, progression, and risk management in training. I’ve been training seriously since 2009 and currently work with clients across the country on physique development, strength training, and lifestyle-based coaching. I’m 6’1” and typically fluctuate between 190 and 225 pounds depending on training focus and season. In addition to coaching, I build tools for lifters who train at home. I’m the developer of GymSmith, a home gym planning and optimization platform designed to help people build smarter gyms, avoid wasted purchases, and identify equipment gaps based on how they actually train. I’m also the creator of Macro Chief, a macro-tracking iOS app built to simplify food tracking and macro adherence without overcomplicating the process. This channel exists to bridge the gap between theory and real-world training, especially for home gym owners who want results without endless equipment, gimmicks, or guesswork.
