Ingredients: DOUGH sugar ¼ cup 5 dkg flour 4 cups ½ kg milk 7 oz 2 dl butter or marg. 2 sticks 25 dkg eggs 2 2 fresh yeast* about 0.6 oz 17-20 g salt a pinch a pinch WALNUT FILLING walnuts 3 cups 30 dkg sugar ½-1 cup 10-20 dkg buzadara (thickener)** 2/3 cup 10 dkg rum flavor a dash a dash water 10 oz 3 dl POPPY SEED FILLING sugar ¾ cup 15 dkg poppy seeds 2 cups 30 dkg milk 10 oz 3 dl buzadara (thickener)** 1/3 cup 5 dkg lemon zest 1 lemon 1 lemon vanilla sugar*** 1 pack 1 pack *or 1 pack of dried yeast **if 'cream of wheat' is not available, try substituting with a spoonful of corn starch or a handful of rolled oats ***if not available, leave it out; I would not substitute with vanilla (liquid) Royalty free music from Fesliyan Studios.
