🔥 HOT & FAST Cherry Coca-Cola Ribs on the Hunsaker Drum Smoker! 🔥 In this BBQ cook, I’m showing you how to make incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful pork ribs using sweet and sticky Cherry Coca-Cola, cooked hot and fast on my DIY Hunsaker Drum Smoker! 🍒🥤🔥 These smoked ribs are packed with bold barbecue flavor, beautiful mahogany color, and the perfect bite. Perfect for fans of BBQ smoking, charcoal grilling, Hunsaker smokers, St. Louis ribs, baby back ribs, and outdoor cooking! 🍖🔥 #bbq #ribs #smokedribs #hunsaker #drumsmoker #cherrycoke #bbqrecipes #hotandfast #barbecue #porkribs WHAT YOU WILL NEED - 2 racks of St. Louis Style Spare Ribs Yellow mustard Your favorite BBQ Rib Rubs 20 oz bottle of Cherry Coca-Cola 1 stick unsalted Kerrygold butter Heavy duty aluminum foil PREP - Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs. Remove any excess hard fat or jagged bones. Use yellow mustard as a binder. Apply medium coats of your favorite BBQ rubs. Allow the rubs to sweat into the meat for 15-20 minutes before you place them on the smoker. THE COOK - Cook the ribs for 2 hours at 300 degrees in medium hickory smoke. Spray with Cherry Coca-Cola at the one and two hour marks. Remove from the cooker and double wrap in foil with the following ingredients - 1/2 stick unsalted Kerrygold Butter, 1/2 tablespoon BBQ rib rub and 1 cup Cherry Coca-Cola. Return to smoke and cook for another hour at 300 degrees. Remove from the cooker and drain the liquid from the foil. Sauce both sides of the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce. Use the foil as a boat. Place the ribs back on the smoker at 225 degrees for 15 minutes to set the sauce. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes tented before slicing. ENJOY!
