The first gatherings of a group of young, likeable musicians from the Salzburg region took place in summer 2008 with a good glass of wine in a convivial atmosphere. A short time later they presented themselves as a Bohemian-Moravian brass band under the name "Die stormy Bohemian" and have been inspiring ever larger brass band audiences ever since. Stefan Stranger, clarinetist, singer and composer of the band, remembered the early years in the anniversary year 2018: rehearsals and - more importantly - the debriefings in the cozy wine cellar of his colleague and drummer Alex. The result is a musical appreciation and, so to speak, an anniversary gift with the appropriate title "Wine Cellar Polka".
