BISCOTTI TENERI TAGLIATI ALLA MARMELLATA
I biscotti tagliati sono molto presenti nelle nostre case. Questi in particolare sono proprio una tradizione. Potete realizzarli con il cuore di marmellata come in questo video, oppure spalmare la marmellata su tutta la superficie della frolla ed arrotolare. Io preferisco sentire un cuore appunto goloso ed appagante, ma la scelta è la vostra. INGREDIENTI: per circa 25 biscotti ho usato: 1 UOVO + 1 TUORLO 90 GR DI ZUCCHERO A VELO (O SEMOLATO) 120 GRAMMI DI BURRO 1 CUCCHIAINO DI LIEVITO (cucchiaino da tè) BUCCIA DI MEZZO LIMONE GRATTUGIATA 300 GR DI FARINA 00 3 CUCCHIAI DI MARMELLATA DI PESCHE 3 CUCCHIAI DI MARMELLATA DI UVA
