Badminton Warm Up - Hip Warm Up Collection
Find me on Instagram! / playfasterthanyourshadow The Hip is a very important part when it comes to badminton. It's essential for quick footwork and a powerful smash. Overhead strokes start with a hip movement before the shoulder moves, it's just part of the kinetic chain. Whether you want to learn to move your hip independently, increase the mobility or just warm it up before training or playing badminton, this video is a collection of exercises to achieve that. Depending on your aims, you can leave out or add parts, but the order should be kept. Use the comments to let me know what you think of this, when you use it and what exercises I'm missing!
