Judge Kimaru summons Boinnet, Kinoti for a second time over the arrest and deportation of Miguna
High Court Judge Luka Kimaru has summoned the Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and Directorate of Criminal Investigations boss George Kinoti to appear before him in person on the 15th of this month at 9:00am. The second summon comes after the duo defied a court order requiring them to present Miguna Miguna in Court and appear in person. As NTVs Trevor Ombija reports, the Director of Immigration Retired Major General Gordon Kihalangwa has also been summoned to appear in Court with a sworn affidavit explaining why the ministry initiated investigations against Miguna contrary to the court order.
