Today we're working through a series of exercises to help your hypermobile neck and shoulders feel more connected to your body. These are movements that I use daily and regularly teach in sessions and have made a world of difference (as long as I do them consistently lol.) The video is about 20 minutes because there's a lot of breakdown and explanation, but these exercises can easily be done in 5 - 10 minutes.
