It was originally called Aaron Spelling Productions, then Spelling Entertainment Inc., and eventually part of Spelling Entertainment Group. The company produced popular shows such as The Love Boat, Dynasty, Beverly Hills, 90210, 7th Heaven, Melrose Place, and Charmed, and was founded by television producer Aaron Spelling on October 25, 1965.
