Russia pounds Kyiv with missiles and drones after Ukraine's strikes on oil infrastructure

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised heavy retaliation after an all-night barrage of Russian missiles and drones killed at least 25 in Kyiv. Ukraine has been launching mass drone attacks deep into Russia, targeting military installations and refineries.
