Russia is preparing to evacuate 250,000 people and government agencies from Crimea

Rucriminalinfo and the Cheka-OGPU insider channel, which is linked to Russian security forces, report that the Russian occupation administration of Crimea has secretly prepared a plan to evacuate residents of the peninsula and government agencies. According to sources, the document could cover up to 250,000 people. If confirmed, this information would be one of the most alarming and symbolic blows for the Kremlin. Sources don't rule out that some of what's happening may resemble the Crimean administration's usual "undercover" redistribution of assets. However, another Cheka-OGPU source claims that a partial evacuation plan has indeed been developed . The main problem, he said, is that it's unclear where to house such a large number of people in Russia: 250,000 people is the population of an average Russian city. According to Cheka-OGPU sources, armed men began arriving at oil depots in Crimea on Friday and Saturday. They forcibly removed representatives of the owners and took complete control of the facilities. Similar actions, according to sources, also occurred at a number of private automobile companies. The operation was allegedly led by a man with the call sign "Khrust." Sources describe him as a former Wagner mercenary who later became one of the commanders of a private military company in Crimea linked to Sergei Aksyonov's inner circle. When police arrived on the scene, "Khrust," according to the Cheka-OGPU, cited a classified order from the Crimean Council of Ministers regarding the preparation of reserves in case of evacuation. This, allegedly, was the explanation for the seizure of control over oil depots and transport resources. The context makes this information particularly sensitive. In recent weeks, Ukraine has been consistently targeting Crimean logistics, targeting oil depots, ferries, ports, bridges, railways, and energy facilities. The peninsula has experienced power outages, fuel restrictions, crossing problems, and queues to cross the Kerch Bridge. Observers note that even the very preparation of such a plan, if confirmed, signifies a sharp shift in sentiment within the occupation administration. Crimea, which the Kremlin has for years presented as a "showcase of return," now increasingly looks like a territory that needs not only to be supplied and defended, but also prepared for evacuation. Russian Z-blogger Alexander Gorny said that situation in occupied Crimea is extremely dire. People are disillusioned with Russia and feel they've been "dumped." He noted that the picture on television has completely ceased to correspond with reality. Crimea's problems are completely ignored by Moscow. "On TV, when the power was turned on for an hour, everything was great. I'm watching Channel One, and the main news is: an earthquake in Venezuela. Meanwhile, stores in Feodosia are being emptied, people are very tense... There's been no power all day—they turned it on and off. Gasoline is not expected. Crimean couriers rushed to Krasnodar Krai overnight, where the supply is a complete disaster... Many conversations with people, people are asking questions, but there are no answers... The Crimean vertical has failed the test... They were busy with everything but preparing for what was long expected. Meanwhile, United Russia (Putin's ruling party - ed.) is in deep space, and I hear what people are saying about them... The situation is spiraling, worsening, and the outlook is unclear," Gorny wrote. He predicts a "catastrophe" for Crimea. "My prediction: this will be a long time coming, we're at the beginning of a catastrophe. The scarcest commodity after gasoline is pitchforks; people will be ready soon. People are realizing they've been screwed. Summer is the time to make money, but here we're talking about immediate survival. Many arrive at summer with zeros and minuses, hotels are going into the red... Tonight, I'm thinking about heading to the mainland in search of gasoline. Will I be able to find any? I don't know... Right now, all my energy and time are focused on preparing for a hard landing. Earning money is out of the question right now; supplies don't last forever," Z-blogger stated.
