The weapons shift that could change Ukraine's War
France's latest military support package for Ukraine marks a major shift in Western strategy. Rather than simply supplying weapons, allies are now helping Ukraine build its own long-term defence industry. In this video, we examine France's landmark agreement with Kyiv, including the planned delivery of Rafale fighter jets, SAMP/T NG air defence systems, SCALP cruise missiles, and the transfer of technology that could allow Ukraine to manufacture advanced Western weapons on its own soil.
