Lightly beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, then pour into a greased pan and spread thinly. 2. Once the eggs are slightly cooked, place the tortilla on top. Flip over and cook until the eggs and tortilla are well-cooked (see video). 3. Place the tortilla egg on a cutting board, cut the bottom half in half, and 4. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp honey, a generous pinch of salt, a generous pinch of pepper, 1/2 a minced onion, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic. Mix well. 3. Cut the tortilla in half or quarters and spread the beef evenly over the tortilla (see video). 4. Roll it into a cone shape, arrange it in an ovenproof dish like a bouquet, and then fill it with your favorite cheese (string cheese) and bake in the air fryer at 190°C for 20-25 minutes. Cons: The top may burn, and the bottom may become mushy due to the meat juices. Or the beef may not be cooked properly...so I don't recommend this method. Alternative: Place 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce in an ovenproof dish, place the tortilla with the beef on top, Place the cheese on top, and then air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes. (180-190°C for 25 minutes for the first cooking, 180°C for 10 minutes for additional cooking.) 🍳 Triangle Pizza 🧂 Ingredients: Tortilla, paprika, canned corn, onion, broccoli, shrimp, bacon (or sliced ham), 2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce, cheese, oil 🍴 Directions: 1. In a greased pan, sauté the prepared ingredients (paprika, canned corn, onion, broccoli, shrimp, and sliced ham (or bacon)) once. 2. Add 2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce to the sautéed ingredients and mix well. 3. Cut the tortilla in half, top with the cheese and prepared ingredients, and fold into a triangle shape as shown in the video (see video). 4. Place on an ungreased pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. 🍳 Spicy Pizza Ingredients: Ingredients: Tortilla, filling (same as for triangle pizza), cheese, parsley 🍴How to Make: 1. Cut the tortilla into quarters, shape into cones, and secure with a skewer. 2. Crisp the skewers in an air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes. 3. Place the tortilla cones in an oven-safe dish, fill them with the filling, and top with cheese. Air fry at 180°C for 5-7 minutes. 🍳Tomato Tortilla 🧂Ingredients: 1 tortilla, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado, basil leaves (optional) (any green leafy vegetable, like lettuce or romaine spinach, will work well), 2 eggs, salt, cheese, oil, butter 🍴How to Make: 1. Slice the tomatoes and avocados. 2. Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt. Beat well. 3. Melt the butter in a pan, place the tomatoes, and pour in the eggs. 4. Before the eggs are fully cooked, place a tortilla on top. Once the eggs are cooked through, flip them over using a lid or cutting board. 5. Top with cheese, avocado, and basil leaves. Fold in half and cook until golden brown on both sides. 🍳 Bulgogi Burrito 🧂 Ingredients: Tortilla, beef bulgogi, rice, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey mustard (optional), sriracha sauce (optional) 🍴 Directions: 1.
