Готовлюсь к турнирам (пока рано там играть) #tabletennis
June 22 and 25, 2026 Two training sessions in one episode (one hour and one hour and a half). The episode was 1 hour 23 minutes long out of 2 hours 30 minutes, so I felt like I missed something... Oh well, we'll see what happens. The emphasis was more on left and right topspin with a chop, left and right topspin, and also on game-specific exercises (I'll be playing tournaments soon, but it's too early for now :)) The second session turned out to be better in my performance (from an outside perspective).
