Pelvic MRI - CAN YOU SEE THE ENDO?

MRIs can be difficult to read. In this case, we have a sagittal series MRI of a patient who clearly has bowel endometriosis, yet the radiologist's report says nothing about it. Just like you should see an expert surgeon if you have complex endometriosis, imaging for the same condition will only be as good as the radiologist or surgeon looking at the images. In this case, there is bad bowel disease, and its totally missed on the report. A sagittal series MRI also nicely shows our simian lineage. We still have monkey tails, they just don't stick out anymore.
