Have you ever said things like “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not capable,” or “I don’t deserve to be happy”? These beliefs, often born in childhood or from painful experiences, become filters through which we interpret everything. And they limit us. The good news? They can be changed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) works on this. It helps you: • recognize negative automatic thoughts (“I’m a failure”), • identify intermediate beliefs (“If I make mistakes, I’m not worth it”), • and get to the deepest ones (“I don’t deserve love”). A concrete example: Maria always said “I’m incapable of relationships.” For her, every argument was a confirmation. With CBT she learned to look at things with more balance. She also noticed the positive moments. And she started to believe in herself more.
