The keys to a human-centric approach – Universal Design
This session explores how our project applies the principles of Universal Design to ensure that digital innovation remains truly human-centred. Jenny Lindström Beijer, Our Normal will present how the project has worked with Universal Design in practice, sharing findings from ongoing user research and how every partner can become an ambassador for inclusive design. Emilia Wennberg, Kokokaka will continue by demonstrating how user insights are transformed into user experiences — highlighting the importance of visualising accessibility and interaction to make inclusion tangible.
