Taken from the end of Knots Landing and the WRGB 11pm news. WRGB (channel 6) is CBS' Albany, NY station and licensed to Schenectady. Knots Landing aired on CBS for 14 seasons. The Pat Sajak Show aired following the late news, back when CBS tried to compete with NBC for late night TV viewing (and backfired). Now, CBS is relying on Byron Allen for late-night entertainment, and if you're a Jimmy Kimmel fan you might want to flock to CBS (or NBC) for late night if you don't like the guest hosts right now!
