Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Katsudon (2 servings) [Ingredients] 2 slices of pork cutlet loin, 1/2 an onion, 3 mitsuba, 2 eggs, 2 bowls of rice, a little salt and pepper, flour to taste, breadcrumbs to taste, salad oil to taste A (1 egg, 2 tablespoons of milk) B *Warishita (120cc dashi, 60cc mirin, 30cc soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar) [How to make] ① Thinly slice the onion and cut the mitsuba into 1cm lengths. ② Gently mix the eggs (2 pieces) and mitsuba in a bowl. ③ Slice the pork from both sides,   pound the fatty parts with the flat side of a knife,   and season both sides with a little salt and pepper. ④ Mix A together. ⑤ Dip the pork cutlet in flour and then dip it in ④. Dip it in flour again and then dip it in ④. Coat the whole in breadcrumbs. ⑥ Fry in 170℃ vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes, then remove to a tray and let it rest for about 2 minutes. ⑦ Put B and onion in a frying pan and heat. Simmer until soft. ⑧ Fry the rested pork cutlet for about 1 minute, then let it rest for another minute and cut it into bite-sized pieces. ⑨ Put it in the sauce from ⑦ and boil for about 1 minute. Pour on the beaten egg from ②. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 1 minute. ⑩ Put rice in a bowl and top with ⑨.
