A Classic AVCO WhiteGMC Amrep Octo ASL Garbage Truck in the California Desert

This truck was one of my proudest finds, to this date. Without ‪@westernstategarbagetrucks‬, this video would most likely not exist. He called me up a few weeks before the end of 2021, after learning this desert classic would not run into 2022. Given that, we both rushed down and found this truck on what we believe to be the last day of route (at least in California). This video is all that 6 hours of filming created. With the route being the way it is, 75% of time was spent driving from stop to stop. We had to sometimes wait on the side of the road, as we didn't want to wonder down some road to seemingly nowhere.
