Perfect for weekend BBQ parties or a quick dinner appetizer! :*Recipe Ingredients & Making Process::* Preparing the Creamy Chicken: Boneless chicken: 500 gram Lemon juice: 1 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste: 1 tbsp Green chili paste: 1 tsp Milk cream/malai: 3 tbsp Yogurt/dahi: 1 cup Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp Cumin/zera powder: 1 tsp Black pepper powder: 1 tsp Red chili crushed:1 tsp Tandoori Masala: 1 tbsp Chat Masala: 1 tsp Pan Frying Method Oil: 2 tbsp Butter: 2 tbsp Add Yogurt/dahi mix chicken. Add it on low flame. Now turn flame to medium & mix well. Cover it & cook it for 8-10 min on low flame! Place foil paper or metal plate. Place burnt charcoal. Pour few drops of oil. Cover it & cook it on low flame for 2 min! Milk cream/malai: 2 tbsp Add Mozzarella cheese Add Coriander & fresh chili chopped Chili flakes.
