Original Nasheed:    • أرحنا بها | يوسف الأيوب   Artist:    / @yousefalayoub   Relevant Hadith: https://sunnah.com/abudawud:4985 Lyrics: إذا ما اعتراك الأسى والوبال If you are seized by distress and affliction وظن الفؤادُ الخلاصَ مُحال And the heart believes that salvation is impossible توجّه إلى الله في مسجدٍ Turn to God in a mosque وردد أرحنا بها يا بلال And repeat: "Relieve us with it, O Bilal" فنور الإله توقّد في For the light of God ignites in بيوتٍ يُسبحُ فيها رجال Houses where men glorify him يبيتون فيها بذكر اسمهِ They spend their nights in his remembrance وما شابهم حبُّ جاهٍ ومال And their love is not marred by status and wealth فأقبل عليها تجد راحةً So, approach it, and you will find comfort ستنزاحُ عنك الهموم الثقال Heavy worries will be lifted from you فإن الصلاةَ ملاذٌ لنا For prayer is indeed our refuge وبالله دومًا يطيبُ الوصال And with Allah, the reunion is always pleasant تقّرب إلى الله واسأل تنل Approach God and ask, you shall receive من الله ماكان صعبَ المَنال From God what seemed difficult to attain وكن في جموع الذين سَمَو And be among those who ascended بحبّ الإلهِ البهيِّ الجمال With the love of God, the magnificent, the beautiful إذا أوصد الناس أبوابهم When people close their doors فباب السما مُشرعٌ لا يزال The door of Heaven remains open, never ceasing وما خاب من مد كفَّ الرجا And never disappointed is he who extends the hand of beseechment لربٍ قريبٍ يجيبُ السؤال To a near Lord who answers the call
