Alppiruusu on reilun kokoinen klassinen hirsitalo, jonka pohjaratkaisussa on huomioitu lapsiperheen tarpeet. Kylpy- ja oleskelutilojen toimivuuteen on kiinnitetty erityistä huomiota, ja lisäksi talosta löytyy erillinen kotiteatterihuone. Makuuhuoneita on neljä. Ne sijaitsevat kaikki toisessa kerroksessa ja kahdesta huoneesta on käynti omalle parvekkeelle.
