Spiritual Exemplar: Vigdis Garbarek (interviews with Bjørn Eirik Olsen & Viggo Johansen), May 2022

In May 2022 I spent a few days with a spiritual exemplar by the name of Vigdis Garbarek and some of her student-friends in Oslo. I first interviewed Vigdis at the beginning of 2021 for my research on Living Tanscendence. We became friends, met about a dozen times by Zoom and she invited me to visit her in Oslo. In Oslo I hired a local cinematographer, Jon Marius Nilsson, who filmed the interviews with Vigdis and two of her closest student-friends: senior Aikido teacher Bjørn Eirik Olsen,and one of the leading mindfulness teachers in Norway, Viggo Johansen. From the many hours of filming, Jon Marius and I compiled some excerpts into a nine-minute video clip.
