June 24, 2021 Our little journey through Tuscany and Lazio begins. Today, our first day of hiking, we'll head first to Montepulciano, a medieval village that will welcome us with excellent food and underground passages hiding barrels where Nobile di Montepulciano rests before being bottled. From here, we head at a steady pace towards the Sacred Woods of Bomarzo, which unfortunately we can't film, but we highly recommend visiting. From here, the last stop of the day is Anguillara Sabazia, on Lake Bracciano, for the night and a dinner outside of the traditional Tuscan tradition.
