30 Minute Barre Cardio Workout with Light Weights | Full Body Barre Workout Class at Home
Hello everyone! Welcome to class five of The Introduction to Barre Challenge! Today we will be trying a cardio Barre class. Cardio elements are infused in the class to get your heart rate up and get you nice and sweaty. You will need some kind of support for today's class - so either a sturdy chair, ballet barre, kitchen bench top or table. If you would like, you can use lightweights for this workout, I would recommend between 1-3kg. I am using two different weights for this class - 1.5kg and 2.5kg.
