That said, with so few ingredients you want to make sure you use the best. Here I take you through my choices for Tequila and Curacao to make what I think is the perfect Margarita cocktail. Instagram -   / withcaradevine   Facebook -   / withcaradevine   Bomba Bar - https://bombabar.com.au/   / bombabar   Ingredients: 2 parts (50ml) Blanco Tequila - I'm using Calle 23 1 part (25ml) freshly squeezed lime juice 1/2 part (12.5 to 15ml) Curacao/Triple Sec - I'm using Marionette Curacao A lime wedge Salt Good quality ice. Into your shaker small tin add the Tequila, Lime Juice & Curacao. Prepare your glass by rubbing the lime wedge around one half of the outer rim. Dab the rim in salt so it sticks to the lime juice then shake out glass. Fill shaker tin full with ice. Combine tins and shake until the tins become frosted.
