Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken Galouti Kebab by Chef Ashish Kumar – A royal delicacy from Lucknow! 👑🔥

Galouti or Galauti Kebab is a kebab originated from Lucknow, India. As the story goes, Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula was a lover of rich and indulgent cuisine. However, with age, he lost most of his teeth but not his appetite for tender, flavorful delicacies. To satisfy his craving for kebabs, he commanded his royal chefs to create a dish that was so soft and succulent it would simply melt in his mouth, requiring no chewing. The chefs took this challenge seriously, and after much experimentation, they created the Galouti Kebab, which means "soft" or "melt-in-the-mouth" in Urdu. The kebabs were made using finely minced meat, usually lamb or beef, blended with a mix of aromatic spices. The meat was marinated and cooked to perfection, ensuring it was velvety smooth.
