Review of H10 Rubicon Palace Day 3

This is our third day. I thought I’d put together a vlog of thoughts and experience so far. I like this hotel, but I’m yet to be convinced to consider staying a second time. Lots of small issues, some bigger. It’s a really lovely resort, but I can see why it’s not for everyone. Staff are hit and miss. Some are amazing and can’t do enough for you, others are actually rude and unhelpful. It’s quite bizarre. Buffet is chaotic, feeding time at the zoo springs to mind. You seat yourself, just walk in and hope for the best. It’s quite difficult as we’re a group of 6, they don’t seem to cater well for groups of more than 4. Buffet food monotonous but nice. They are quite slow replenishing food. Large queues for everything. It’s a huge resort! We’re struggling a little as Peter is only 4 and can’t walk the distances in the heat. My Dad had arthritis and is also struggling with the walking. Trying to get a drink, often a long walk involved. If you have any questions, I’ll try to answer as best I can.
