It's super easy, so be sure to give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 2) ・Chinese noodles (2 servings) ・8 frozen peeled shrimp ・100g thinly sliced pork belly ・1 bunch bok choy ・2 shiitake mushrooms ・30g carrots ・400ml water / 2 tablespoons ・2 tablespoons sake ・1 tablespoon oyster sauce ・1/2 tablespoon soy sauce ・1 teaspoon sugar ・1/2 tablespoon chicken stock powder ・1 teaspoon vinegar ・Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon ・1.5 tablespoons potato starch ・2 x 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon ・Salt and pepper to taste ■ Directions 1. Thaw the shrimp in salted water. 2. Microwave the Chinese noodles at 600W for about 1 minute to loosen the noodles. 3. Separate the bok choy into leaves and stems and cut into bite-sized pieces. 4. Thinly slice the carrots and cut into 1cm widths. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. 5. Mix the potato starch and 2 tablespoons of water. 6. Combine 400ml of water, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and chicken stock powder. 7. Wipe the shrimp dry. 8. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil to a frying pan, add the pork and shrimp, and stir-fry with salt, pepper, and sake. 9. Add the carrots, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy stems, and ginger and stir-fry. 10. Add ⑥ and the bok choy leaves and bring to a boil. Add the vinegar and ⑤, heat up, and add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. 11. Add ½ tablespoon of sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the Chinese noodles. 12.
