You can shift the shapes of your vocal chords (with the Musculus ThyroAryTenoideus Pars Interna) to create an edge in the middle between them towards one another. That creates a pingy-sharp sound. This sound you can create with Head-Voice, as well as with Chest-Voice. I will show it only with head-voice in this video.
