Softness is Strength – Anatomical Vocal Training
When you start to train your voice with the soft method, there is a transition period where your voice is less capable than before, because you are leaving out the helping muscles that used to rescue your sound. Many people don't continue with the exercises when they encounter this, because it comes with a lot of lash back of their peers. However, keeping soft throughout such challenges is strength. It's a mental strength that you can keep your body open and soft, even though rough and hurtful emotions, words and deeds come your way. The strength that you need to develop lies in experiencing these hardships, but regardless staying soft, open and gentle with your body and progress, even when facing challenges or criticism. I’ll guide you through how to maintain this mental strength, embrace the transition period of weakness, and allow your natural vocal strength to build over time.
