Rock Fishing at Moe’s Rock, Jervis Bay — Big Swell and Aussie Salmon for Dinner!

We spent a couple of days fishing Moe’s Rock, a remote ledge on the south side of Jervis Bay near the old Cape St George Lighthouse. The swell was up and the waves were pushing hard against the rocks, making every cast a bit of a gamble — but the payoff was worth it. Between dodging the big sets and timing our casts, we managed to land another good-sized Australian salmon — perfect for dinner after a long day on the ledge.
