I climbed Mt. Kamuroyama in Yamagata at the end of last year, but gave up on Mt. Kamuroyama in Sendai. The weather was a factor, but I also lacked the mental and physical strength. I regret that. When I was younger, I think going to the mountains once a month would have been a form of training at the same time. However, at 65, that's no longer the case. If I'm aiming to maintain my mental and physical strength through hiking, once every 10 days may not be enough. However, I feel like I can somehow maintain and improve my fitness by going to the mountains once a week. So this time, I'm getting revenge on Mt. Kamuroyama from last time.
