ಇಂದು ನಾವು ತುಂಬಾ ರುಚಿಯಾದ ಮತ್ತು crispy ಆಗಿರುವ Bitter Gourd Fry / ಹಾಗಲಕಾಯಿ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡೋದು ನೋಡೋಣ 😋 ಈ recipe ನಲ್ಲಿ bitterness ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗಿ sweet & spicy taste ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ❤️ ✅ Easy Home Style Recipe ✅ Crispy & Tasty ✅ Perfect Side Dish for Rice & Roti Ingredients: Bitter Gourd / ಹಾಗಲಕಾಯಿ – 1 small Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp Salt – as needed Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch sugar– 2 tbsp Chilli Powder – 1 tsp Bitter Gourd Fry Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a tawa and add the cut bitter gourd pieces. Fry on medium flame, adding another 2 tbsp oil if needed, until they turn golden brown. Once browned, sprinkle in a pinch of turmeric and mix well. Add 2 tbsp sugar and let it melt and caramelize onto the gourd, stirring until it dries slightly. Finish with 1 tbsp chilli powder, lower to a slow flame, stir to coat evenly, and turn off the gas.
