Custard Seviyan Recipe | Easy and Delicious Sweet Recipe ✨️

Ingredients: 1 liter milk 3–4 green cardamom pods 3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste) 4 tablespoons colored vermicelli (seviyan) 1 cup cold milk 3 tablespoons vanilla custard powder Method: Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan and add the green cardamom pods and sugar. Add the colored vermicelli and cook over medium heat. Cover with a lid and let the vermicelli soften and cook completely. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of cold milk with 3 tablespoons of custard powder. Mix well until smooth and free of lumps. Slowly pour the custard mixture into the boiling vermicelli while stirring continuously. Keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until the mixture thickens slightly. Turn off the heat and let the custard seviyan cool.
