1 day in Troyes France

We spent 1 amazing day in Troyes, an amazing city, perfect for a weekend escape from Paris. It is the capital of the department of Aube in the Grand Est region of north-central France and is located on the Seine river within the Champagne wine region. Troyes is a city of City of Art and History, with a remarked middle age style thanks to the half-timbered houses that survived in the old town (actually those are mainly from the 16th century). Other point of interest are the many churches, and in particular the remarkable Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral.
