Wall Frame, Floor & Roof Seal | 17 | Fiat Ducato 1985 Van Rebuild

In Episode 17 of Van Alchemy, we continue rebuilding our 1985 Fiat Ducato Frankia campervan with less than two weeks left before departure. We assemble the wall frame, fix the rear wall in place, and mark key areas for reinforcement and future installations like the bike rack. At the same time, we improve our floor construction by adding a metal outer layer. One of the key steps in this episode is sealing the seam between the walls and the roof using roofing tape and custom rubber strips made from bicycle tires.
