Officer Cadet Day 2006 – Parade at the Armored Corps School Munster The "Officer Cadet Day" is a formal military parade within the Army's officer training program. After completing the approximately 15-week officer cadet course, the officer candidates receive their commissions. The event marks the end of the first leadership phase, during which the prospective officers conducted training exercises independently for the first time.
