HI SUELLIES! In today's video, I whipped up a childhood classic with some extra special ingredients. No blue boxed mac over here. I swapped out the regular little macaroni for these fun GIANT tubular pasta noodles. Aren't that amazing? I couldn't help myself. I started with a tiny bit of flour and butter paste (called roux), slowly added cream and milk. Once that was a smooth creamy mixture, I piled on the extra sharp cheddar and mozzarella. When I am at the grocery store, I always wonder who ISN'T picking the extra sharp. If the cheeses are all for the same price, why not go for the extra bang for your buck in the flavor department.
